Kent A. Misener, CFA
CEO and Chief Portfolio Manager
Kent graduated from Utah State University in 1976 with Bachelor of Science degrees in economics and finance. Kent also obtained his MBA from Utah State University in 1977. Since then, he has served as a bond portfolio manager, treasurer, and Chief Investment Officer managing over $8 billion in assets for a large private benefits management company. Kent has served as a member of several boards and committees including corporations, foundations, non-profits, government agencies and a high net worth family office including: Intermountain Healthcare, Arkona Inc., Deseret First Credit Union, The Community Foundation of Utah, The Virginia G. Piper Foundation, and The School and Institutional Trust Fund for the State of Utah. He has appeared as an expert witness concerning investment returns in federal trials. He has also been a guest speaker at national conferences concerning global and national financial markets, and has lectured on the benefits of active investing. Kent’s personal interests revolve around his family, participating in triathlons, and working with and for the betterment of young people.
Gregory R. Misener, Esq.

In 2002, Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of Utah. Greg went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from the Jacob D.Fuchsberg, Touro College of Law in New York. While in law school Greg served as an intern for Judge Renee Roth of the Manhattan Surrogate Court. He also worked as a staff member for Touro’s Journal of Race Gender and Ethnicity, as well as the Editor-in-Chief of The Restatement – Touro’s student newspaper.
Clint J. Biesinger
Director of Development
Clint has evaluated municipal debt across the nation and has traded and underwritten bonds in almost all 50 states. Producing for Wells Fargo in the company’s Brokerage Services Division, Clint specialized in trading and underwriting municipal bonds for the last 11 years. During that time, Clint worked with municipalities, investment bankers, institutional sales people, banks, and many other buyers of fixed income securities. Clint holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Utah and also earned an MBA from the Gore School of Business at Westminster College graduating summa cum laude. Clint enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanya and their five children, as well as sporting activities, camping and attending cultural events.
Erin holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University. During her time in Washington, D.C., Erin also worked as a management consultant to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Transportation. Prior to graduate school, Erin worked for a U.S. Senator as his Office Manager and worked for three years with the Economic Development Corporation of Utah overseeing their events and marketing. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in Family Public Policy with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
Jacque Millard, CFA, CCM

Jacque Millard is Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Intermountain Healthcare. Ms. Millard received her B.S. in Finance from Weber State University and her MBA from Westminster College. She earned her Certified Cash Manager certification in 1994 and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1999.
Ms. Millard joined Intermountain in 1993 and is currently responsible for investment portfolio management, oversight of external investment managers, all employee savings and pension investments as well as cash management for all Intermountain entities. Prior to joining Intermountain Healthcare, Ms. Millard worked for Workers Compensation Fund and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Utah where she was responsible for Treasury and Investment Management functions. Ms. Millard has served on a variety of boards, including; Catholic Healthcare West Investment Committee, Westminster College Endowment Committee, Virginia Piper Foundation, Healthcare Credit Union Board and Asset Liability Committee, and US Bank and Key Bank Advisory Committees.
R. Shane Stewart

A native of Ogden, Utah, Shane graduated from Weber State University with a double major in economics and English. He has a Masters of Business degree from the Marriott School of Business at BYU where he graduated top of his class. He has earned the prestigious designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Shane is active in the community, having been commended by the Utah State Legislature. He serves on the Utah Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection Board, an appointment made by former Governor Mike Leavitt. Shane is a frequent guest of KSL Radio and Television lending financial expertise to news stories. He also writes a recurring article on personal finance for the Deseret News in print and online. Shane and his wife Vicki have four children. An avid sportsman, he likes to run, snowboard and surf.
